My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location was very convenient, with the Metro Arguelles just around the corner and the El Corte Ingles shopping mall opposite the metro station, the room had its drawbacks. The noise from the underground and bus station made it a bit challenging to relax, and the layout wasn't the most practical, having to pass between the bed and the bathroom. Additionally, the lack of proper climate control and soundproofing was a letdown.
